Since its inception, the Three Countries Program has helped children in the United States, Israel and Jordan. In the United States, donations to the Mather Center for Families and Children helped fund The Phyllis and Debra Ann November Family Resource Library at the Mather Center for Families and Children. In Israel, funds were provided for new school bags, books, notebooks, and supplies which were used by first graders of the Ethiopian-Israeli community in Beersheva.
In Jordan, The Phyllis and Debra Ann November Outreach Program assisted many of the physically challenged residents in the remote village of Al-Rajef in the south of Jordan. In this project, the Al-Hussein Society's CBR/outreach team offered specialized services to children with physical disabilities.
